My new favourite place. Where it’s a mother daughter lunch or girls evening out. Knocks is the best place to go!

Had the Asian rice bowl it was good, nothing spectacular but I was looking for something fresh and yummy on a hot day! Good vibes inside.

Can’t remember the last time I’ve been too Sussex. This little gem is worth the stop. We had a couple Americanos, and some home made chocolate chip cookies, really good. We glanced at other dishes that looked awesome, pumphouse beer on tap, and a nice vibe, with a little outdoor seating area. Staff was excellent. If your looking for a nice place to check out when your near Sussex, by all means swing bye.

Love getting their grab-n-go lunch. Quick and convenient to order ahead and always delicious.

Great little spot! I wish I could have ordered everything on the menu! I had the sweet pea and basil soup and a harvest salad with apricot and goat cheese. Very good! Can't wait to go back when it's warm out and try out the sweet looking patio and some of the delicious looking panini sammies!

Exceptional atmosphere, service and food!

I'm on a girls trip and this was one of our first stops, recommended to us by Susan at Canna clinic. So far, everyone has been super sweet and helpful including the staff here. Food was delicious. I went for the Harvest Salad which was refreshing on such a hot day. House made ice tea is lovely... the Sang-tea (sangria and ice tea blend) was also good. One of us got the Knocks sandwich and the other got Chicken Bacon Crumble... definitely stop in and get something here. Little art gallery attached also had some great pieces in there!

I absolutely love this place! The food here is outstanding! I have yet to try something here that I haven't loved. I highly recommend their Signature Panini! It is the best thing on sliced bread. The people that work here complete the experience. They are personally committed to the customers satisfaction. The added bonus of sharing a space with the AX is an added bonus! YOU'VE GOT TO EAT HERE!

Great food. Healthy food. Decent prices. Lunch grab and go is 10 incl tax. Soup, sandwich and drink for 10 bucks.

I'll be back. Very good value. Would like to see some lighter fair.

Nice place for lunch or drink

On our 3 week trip this place was one of the best places we stopped for lunch. The service and food were great. It is part of an art gallery, so the ambience was very nice. It is located in a great spot in town to walk around and see this Quaint town.

Check this place out. Very engaging Staff with an eclectic and comforting atmosphere.

Knocks Cafe is one of the best new spots in town. Great americanos, a menu loaded with delicious dishes using quality ingredients, amazing staff, and a consistently groovy playlist. Without hesitation, Knocks is a must stop spot in Sussex, NB!

Good food. Small but inviting Cafe. Friendly staff. Winter hours are short, but they know their customer's.

Amazing food, and great staff! The girls there are always so sweet and attentive even when they are packed. I love their food, especially the soups. I do wish they could extend their hours throughout the week. Downtown Sussex could be such a nicer place if some of the local restaurants and cafes had more hours. It could be an awesome place for coffee houses or shows, especially with the gallery aspect to the cafe. I'm excited to see what direction the cafe goes in the future!
